It isn’t sarcasm and it isn’t high schoolers putting up those flags, you poor ignorant person!!! It’s average mid-South USA nice people / likely fairly conservative & Christian / rural middle class / probably voted-for-Trump........... parents.*
The point you completely missed is, this symbol in various forms is more than anything else an old originally “macho” / defiance or warning symbol. It predated by hundreds of years the small slice of the German Nazis who picked it up, but it has been in wide usage in all sorts of contexts by many more millions of people who are not Nazis whatsoever. Like, oh, the group Megadeth, who are anti-Nazi for sure, but put creepy skull images on their album covers.
Sure, it’s “possible” this guy is one of the few surviving Azov’s (who were never very numerous anyway, or even popular B4 Pooty invaded), but far more likely (see that PEW map above) his is a cheeky warning of “death to the invaders” if they don’t leave. If I was in his circumstance, I’d probably be of that attitude too.
*BTW, you really should get out more. Those like you are so far out on the fringes it isn’t even funny. I saw an interesting survey recently. Do you know what USA political demographic is by far most likely to support increased weapons for Ukraine? People who identify as conservative Republicans.
I am all out of puppets and crayons to explain it to you. You must be a pedophile to think there is no difference between kids and adults.
What’s with the slashes for punctuation? Ever read anything like a book that does that? Is that some kind of punctuation illiterate teenagers use?
