#43 Breakfast: Melt some real butter and add a couple of pancakes and 2 sausages and 2 eggs. Serve with sprinkling of maple syrup. Maybe hash brown patties if you can find them in the store these days! Lunch may be skipped or maybe late afternoon I make a sandwich. Peanut and jelly is good or turkey and ham and butter and mustard. Dinner is hamburger or chicken or some chicken soup I make in a big pot that can be used for lunch or dinner. I make rice dishes and spaghetti dish. Better then just canned soup and frozen dinners but they can be good too.
On occasion I splurge and buy Carl Jr or McDonald’s but after the sticker shock of buying a hamburger and chicken sandwich and french fries I feel not too satisfied with the meal.
That sounds yummy. Had similar for breakfast but French toast on brioche bread. I make extra wrap it and heat in microwave for next day. Fortunately I enjoy cooking and love leftovers. It’s the cleanup I hate. How about some walleye and wild rice for dinner?
