If you are ham radio operator, maybe it’s just really fast CW, maybe if we recorded it and slowed the sound down maybe someone could make sense of it.

I think that’s it, they are calling CQ at intervals, except it’s super fast and no one can interpret it, I say capture the transmission, slow it down and it my theory works....

Or as I said earlier, it’s probably nothing but random noise.
