Drakkar Noir is very much one of those that a lot of Millennials would say is for their dad.

But does it now smell bad?

I'd like to think certain scents always smell good. Bacon smells good. Maple syrup smells good. Gasoline smells good. Drakkar smells good.

It's not that it smells bad, it's that people equate it with their dad or an older person and thus psychologically don't want to associate with it because they don't want to be old. Drakkar Noir also became stereotyped as something Yuppie jerks would bathe in, which I never really witnessed.

Personally I use Dolce & Gabbana's The One, whixb is apparently a popular Millennial cologne, but I also use Channel's Pour Monsieur which is super old fashioned. I never cared about being considered old fashioned, I like what I like.

Lagerfeld will always be my dad's cologne though, don't think I could ever wear it myself.
