Charles Barkley has an opinion on most topics, so it’s not surprising that the outspoken NBA legend offered strong thoughts about COVID-19 vaccinations.
The basketball Hall of Famer and longtime TNT analyst told CNBC in a recent interview that unvaccinated people are “just a–holes” and that he believes all pro sports leagues should mandate their athletes and staffers receive the shot.
“Yes, I’m vaccinated. Everybody should be vaccinated. Period,” the 58-year-old said. “Can you imagine if one of these guys that are not vaccinated, if they get one of these players’ kids, wives, girlfriends, moms and dads sick and they die over some unnecessary conspiracy bullsh-t? I think that would be tragic.”

Of 469 cases linked to multiple summer events and large summer gatherings in a small town, 346 (74%) occurred in fully vaccinated people, and almost 80% of those cases were symptomatic, reported Catherine Brown, DVM, of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, and colleagues.
There were five hospitalizations, four among fully vaccinated people, and no deaths. Of 133 cases with sequence information available, 89% were from the Delta variant (B.1.617.2), the authors wrote in an early edition of the Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report.

This was a guy who could put a ball through a basket. Why is he in any position whatsoever to say sumthin about a medical issue? If he wants to hold a class on how to be a more accurate basketball shooter, I’m all ears.
Other than that, he’s nobody. He was the kid in class who kept interrupting when we were trying to learn stuff and do some readin’ , writin’ and ‘rithmatic. If he wants to throw down on some integral calculus and Taylor Polynomials with me, then maybe I’ll listen to sumthin sumthin he gott ta say about medicine but I doubt he can do it. So he should stfu.
Maybe the real A-Holes are washed up athletes who could only find jobs as big mouth commentators that know nothing outside of dribbling a ball. Sir Charles blow it out your ass! From what I’m seeing, vaccinated people are coming down with COVID. Rather be an A-hole then a dumbass!

why would they die charles if the ones that got infected by an unvaxed person was vaccinated? Are you telling those that are vaccinated that it won’t save their life if they get vaccinated?
Cant have3 it both ways- IF by some very very slim chance an unvaxxed person brings the virus to another family that CHOSE to remain vaccinated, then that isn’t on the one that brought it if something should happen-
The great thing about America is that we are sovereign individuals that get ot decide if we want to get vaccinated or not- and IF we don’t, and IF by some very slight chance we die, then we made our FREE WILL choice to remain unvaccinated-
IF we bring it to someone else who also of their own FREE WILL CHOSE not to get vaccinated, and by a very slim chance they end up dying- then it’s on them- they made their choice, and were ok with the consequences and really ok with the FACT that the chance of dying is less than 1%
Let us ask you charles- ““Can you imagine if one of these guys that are not vaccinated, gets bullied into gattign vaccinated, and they die over some unnecessary CDC Fear Monguering bullsh-t?”

Barkley is demonstrating a trait that is all too common among people these days, even among Freepers. Someone on TV says “Froot Loops is part of a nutritious breakfast” and these people think “Froot Loops are nutritious. I should eat them.” Someone on TV says “This virus will kill everyone unless you get the safe and effective vaccine” and these people think “It’s a safe and efffective vaccine. Everyone should get it.”
Once upon a time, most Americans knew to trust in God and not man. Now that so many Americans have been convinced to replace God with government, they believe absolutely freaking ANYTHING they’re told on the idiot box.
Proof the jab makes one dumb and angry, however mostly dumb.
