Maybe when he has to pay patent fees for having children with the genetic modification, this idiot will understand...
Next court.
Agree...not smart to go there, makes the case sound frivolous.
Nuremberg Code.
Geneva Convention.
The law has nothing to do what is right, or the truth.
“Lawyers ... useless and dangerous.”
Lawyers — They become judges, occupy most high-level government positions, write our obtuse and indecipherable laws, direct our school boards, engage in and promote “lawfare”, direct our corporations, were the biggest section of the old yellow pages, feed on disharmony, get terrible criminals off on technicalities, make everything cost more and make lots of money doing all that.
They’re tied with pubic school teachers for the position of Public Enemy #1.
Stupid? Or bought?
Perhaps, but why go there in Federal court...
Federal and Dtate laws are more than sufficient.
You want those other laws, you got to go to Geneva.

Comment on the court case filed in TX by workers in the Texas Health Presbyterian, over the hospital mandating shots or be fired:

“Appeal is already in the works, and a suit has been filed in state court with the intention of taking it all the way to the Texas Supreme Court.”
Appeal
What if you have a religious objection to taking the vaccine ? Isn’t the hospital then firing you based on your religious convictions ? Isn’t that against federal law ?
Wow. He sounds just like ex-judge Theresa Brennan of Michigan.
That power witch finally burned herself, got disbarred, then did 6 months for perjury. (Should have gotten 15 years but...lawyers.)
I’m 85, smart and healthy as ever. But that’s just me. Not still working at much of anything except friends, family, exercise and health.
Thank you for explaining.
I would point out that none of the quotations provided actually include the word, “Nazis”. These may only be the words of the Daily Mail.
I have seen it, time and time again, where the connection to Nazis is only in the journalist’s fevered mind.
Journalists rarely quote anyone, anymore, as it interferes with the story they want to tell. Single-word quotations are a dead give-away.
When you say Texas Health Presbyterian are you meaning Houston Methodist?
Just confirming, since I’ve seen you post that name a couple of times...that there is not another, similar case.
TIA.
Apparently Pres. Reagan was duped into appointing him as per:

Arrgh, my bad, it’s Houston Methodist.
