SCOTUS managed to see the relevance when they remanded US v Stewart to be decided “in light of” their decision in Raich. That’s just one chapter in the long book of gun grabbers using legal precedents established by drug warriors.

An unconstitutional law is already null and void. Shouldn’t take any body of government to assert that, but the left’s abuse of terms try to make it sound like they’re legitimate laws.
