The current building with this address was built in 1986. Might have been a previous building there but worth investigating (if this address on the pic is even correct):

The Timonium address is for the RESIDENT AGENT of Safeway in Maryland. In Maryland, ALL CORPORATIONS require Resident Agents. Because Safeway is not headquartered in Maryland, Safeway is required to have a Resident Agent in the state.
This has NOTHING to do with a Safeway store in Potomac, Maryland, which is about SIXTY MILES AWAY from Timonium. Potomac is in the NEAR DC SUBURBS. Timonium is ABOVE BALTIMORE.
The address in that listing I presume is where the AGENT worked, not the store.
Although I grew up 2 miles from that location, it wasn’t there when I was growing up.
