If we really hated the NFL and blacks we couldn’t have done a more effective number on them that they’re doing to themselves.
I don’t hate either...I just want both of them to fade away.

Black millionaires living lives people only dream of lecturing struggling working class whites about white privilege and how blacks get a raw deal in our society.

It’s about the Red White and Blue.
Not the Black or White.

The article claimed Colin Kaperneck was blacklisted.
I saw him play the NO Saints last year. The Saints had a terrible defense (I'm a Saints fan).
From what I remember of that game, Colin was like 1-9 passing with a QB rating of about 45.
You fire people are incompetent.
NBC = Numb-Skull Broadcast System, or rather Nothing-but-Numb-skulls Broadcast System.

Kaepernick went way beyond civil disobedience. He endorsed cop killers and Fidel Castro.

It’s about time the NFL and NBA reflected the ethnic proportions of this country.
There needs to be a quota system (just like in government hiring and college admissions).
Blacks should get no more than 12% of the team player slots.

There is nothing dignified about these millionaire idiots trying to paint themselves as victims.

“Again, we see that President Trump is stoking white prejudice ...”
Where in the H did they get that? His comments pertained to the US flag and the disrespectors thereof.

By the time he started having the health problems that would eventually kill him, my dad - a man to whom athletics was everything since a young age - stopped watching pro football. Football had been the only sport he coached for his entire teaching career- basketball, baseball and track being a now-and-then thing after he settled in at the school system he eventually retired from. Pro basketball had already lost him, followed by college basketball, although he still watched some college womens' basketball.
The thug culture was the major cause of his change of heart. Once the old canard that "sports build character" was shown to be a crock of crap, the only pro sports he'd watch were tennis and golf. Were he still alive, I would be getting a call today from mom telling me "your father is madder than hops" and is generally roasting Roger Goodell and the NFL players with his wrong-side-of-the-tracks/USAF NCO profanity collection.

I do feel bad for the not-yet-political football players. The ones busting their *#@@s on high school and junior high teams. They’re now witness the end of their dreams...thanks to a handful of ‘owners’ who decided to bite the hand that feeds them.

I don’t see any black man or woman who is outraged at their treatment in America moving to a black-ruled majority black country like Liberia or Zimbabwe.

Is NBC actually trying to say the decline in NFL viewership is because ‘black folks’ are boycotting them?
What utter rubbish.
Done with the whole lot of them.

Why is anyone protesting the United States over local incidents involving local police departments, usually in a city run by liberals, minorities, democrats? And fake incidents.

Gee, I don't recall President Trump saying anything about race in his comments...I thought his comments were about patriotism. My first thought was it is amazing how quickly NBC fired off this op-ed...But when I looked at the authors, not so amazing...Race baiting has been very good money maker for them...
