You know, liberals(& RINO's) love to say Kim Jong-un is not crazy but rational. The truth is that his rational mind understands that he can trample on them at will but they still come back to him with flowers, begging for "good will." However, if somebody points a nuke missile at him and is ready to fire, he feels it is time to back off .
He may be rational but extremely ruthless. He is definitely not a liberal.
