Strobing videos have, and do cause seizures. It's a real and serious thing. You don't have to have epilepsy to suffer the seizures either.

As I read this, I recalled a case where a Televised cartoon triggered seizures in hundreds of Japanese children. I just looked up to provide the link below (I was surprised to find that the incident I was thinking of occurred 20 years ago. Tempus fugit.) Although this comes from CNN, it is actually true.
