Who are the 17 intelligence agencies that reportedly agreed that the Russians hacked the DNC, tried or aided Trump’s campaign (how?), and DID EACH TOTALLY AGREE WITH THE FINDING? I heard that at least three of them did not totally agree and had reservations about some of the conclusions.
I’ve listed some of the 17 and put question marks around possible others. Please add or eliminate (tell us why) as you can.

2. CIA - Clapper
3. NSA - Rogers?
4. Treasury
5. Dept. of Justice
6. Office of the Director of National Intelligence (Brennan)
7. Dept. of Homeland Security (Jeh Johnson, Dept. of Homeland Insecurity if you ask me)
8. State Dept. Intell - BOSS or another unit
9. OPM? Office of Personnel Management (who got hacked to the tune of 22 M names)
10. FEC ? (Fed. Election Commission)
11. Office of Naval Intelligence ? (ONI) (In the 30’s they were in “the game” long before the Army was)
12. Air Force ? (Office of Special Investigations) if it is still called that
13. ASA ? - the old Army Security Agency (think they merged into another department or agency or the Army’s present equivalent (re electronic warfare)
14. Somebody listed the Coast Guard - ? I can’t see them involved in this kind of affair, but ..
