However just theoretically presumption of innocence is for those charged in a courtroom

Not for public discourse

Talking heads erroneously apply that legal standard to opinions of lay people just talking about crimes or probable crimes

The presumption of innocence is for a courtroom and specifically jurors ..,it was never meant to preclude opinions from observers

You said other theories were improbable.

You said the possibility of a Bandidos attack was out the window.
