I think that right now the arrested are getting the high-pressure pitch, one-on-one in interrogation rooms:
“We’ll drop the million to a thousand and give you back your bike/truck, but you have to sign a few papers here, agreeing to hold the Waco PD blameless, and keep your mouth shut. Or else.”
(All of the confiscated phones/cameras will be scrubbed and or destroyed/lost. Ditto all of the video from businesses, scrubbed of anything harmful to the PD.)
But the truth will still come out.
The PD version of events is laughable on its face. More likely the original “bathroom fight” was, (as has been stated elsewhere), the case of an u/c fake biker cop/informant being outed. “Oh, you ride with the Anytown MC? Do you know Bert and Phil there? No? Yes?”
Once the u/c cop/informant wearing false colors is outed, shoving ensues, threats are made. He pulls his gun/badge and tries to get out. A rolling scuffle moves to the front door. SWAT is hearing every word on the u/c cop/informant’s throat mike. On every cop’s radio: “Officer in peril! Officer being menaced with knives! Officer has been struck!”
As the pushing match/weapons brandishing gets to the front door and outside, all hell breaks loose. Once one sniper fires one shot, it’s “Empty your mag” time for all of them. SWAT snipers unload on the men closest to the u/c cop/informant.
Where are the video tapes? If the PD version was true, we’d already have seen them.

Video tapes won’t matter. All of the 200 with guns were undercover cops. It was all staged. All the Bandidos and all the Cossacks are undercover cops.
It was all staged because cops are just like that! Out for their Sunday thrills.
