We are supposed to be reading and referring to the the same document, but here is what I see in the 2006 Surgeon General’s Report, Six Major Conclusions, Subhead 4, “Nonsmokers who are exposed to secondhand smoke at home or at work increase their risk of developing lung cancer by 20 - 30 percent.” Can you provide direct quotes and precise cites or html links to your contrary supporting authority?
