the info before releasing: get it to (s) people you know and trust, (b) people you don't know but have a good reputation, and then (c) release the kraken information.

He’s the one that had an undercover operative with secret camera pose as Eric Holder to register to vote in DC without ID or any means of verifying identity, thereby showing how easy it is to fraudulently register to vote in anyone’s name or just a made up name.
He also filmed an excellent documentary on the border and how narco criminals control it.
He also dressed up recently as Osama Bin Laden and crossed the Rio Grand from the Mexican side to the USA in full view of daylight, with no consequence or question.
He’s a filmmaker and good guy that takes big risks to get the demonstrable truth out.
