Sure. Any Jew who owned a slave and is still alive should have to pay that slave assuming that slave is still alive. If neither party still exists everyone should just get over it.
We can’t get over the crimes of the past if we are looking at Paydays for wrongs done long ago. I am Irish—should England pay me for the potatoe Famine? Should Italy pay England for making that Island part of their empire? i lost family in the Civil War—should Virginia pay me for their loss? It gets really stupid fast. Sorry, no pay days are coming and if their were—how much would be enough? One Million for every Black family? two Million? ten Million? let the past bury the past and look towards the future and earning your own millions!

All guilt and monetary liability is passed down through the generations, especially for crimes committed back when they weren’t considered crimes yet, so long as they have some money to loot right now. So all Jooos! owe a collective debt to all blacks, even the descendants of those that owned slaves themselves. Furthermore, anyone who crossed main street against the light with their horse and buggy back in 1885, when there was no light, had better have a good explanation, and his descendants some money in their bank accounts.
