Frankly, I do not know. Dogs have been studied.

I did do some checking, and found out that apparently no one has confirmed that they can be or that they can't. (I know, not really helpful). the daily vet Ebola Virus and Cats

Other animals (bats, dogs, rats) are known to carry the disease (or at least be seropositive for Ebola), and primates may die from it, depending on the strain and the species.

From another viewpoint, though, if comtaminated with the virus through being splattered with bodily secretions, contact with a corpse or infected rodent, or slobbered on by a dog with the virus, I would think they could carry the virus as a contaminated surface (fomite) without actually having the disease.
