I don’t go out of my way to bash my fellow Christians.
Absurd use of the Nazi characterization doesn’t negate the reality of Catholic resistance to the Nazis that also had problems with Catholicism. The Nazis didn’t like the Jews. Didn’t Like Catholics.
Legitimate concerns are raised concerning the Church. But the opportunistic hostility is a different matter — a bitter, small-minded game that can be played by both sides. Is that what you want? I’d be more than happy to dig out crap on whatever Christian derivative you wave above your head.
Do you ignore that Nazis were an ATHEISITIC cadre? They were no more favorable towards Protestants than they were to Catholics. To suggest that born-again Protestants would have been willing, Jew-killing Nazis is no more realistic than Pope Benedict being a proud member of the Hitler Youth group.

In case you didn't notice, this is a current event and one that caught my interest. I would have posted it whether it was Catholic OR Protestant news. The only hostility I am seeing here is that of small-minded Catholic who detest any hint of criticism directed towards their church. Don't presume you know everyone's motives.
