Yep, by late this year or into 2015 Obama-BOts will be living interesting times, and made more so when they lose the Senate and lose more seats in the House than have now.
Although Vogt is a CPA (I am a retired CPA), Vogt seems a bit hypomanic and IIRC has overstated his evidence...which is not ever good for a forensic investigator to do.
I note that Zullo has firmly put distance between the CCP and Vogts claims, so I am not holding out much hope for whatever is on the desk at SCOTUS, but it will be interesting, none-the-less, when it turns up.
