The image of the cover from the Ndesandjo website is not the same as the mock-up cover previously shown on this thread. Why would a publisher release a cropped or an unfinished cover image? Why does his name appear twice? Is there a book, or is there nothing but two images of a cover of a book that hasn't been published...in English?

The left side of the smaller cover is the spine, hence the title and Mark’s name twice.
