Hmm, interesting. The people who got the child as a baby and were controlling his life could have done any number of criminal document messing around, we know they did a lot of it. So the divorce papers could also be more “adjusted” than I had thought. The missing page - marriage certificate? Birth certificate? or both? - could be very revealing.

...The missing page - marriage certificate? Birth certificate? or both? - could be very revealing. The kenyan entered the name of his wife on the INS docs, then crossed it out and replaced it with Stanley Ann Dunham, remember?
He also told the INS that he was separated from his wife and they may get a divorce. It's quite possible that wife divorced him in 1964, and the son she had was born in January 1961.
Thus, it would have been essential to remove any marriage certificate and birth certificate from the File. It's just a theory. It fits with all that Ann D we find all over the place. To which it would have been so easy to add 'Stanley' and 'unham'.

If you add Stanley to Ann D and then add unham Obama, you also get 'Obama, Stanley Ann Dunham' on the so-called transcript from the U of WA, and the letter from the U of HI which states 'Stanley Ann Dunham' enrolled from the Fall of 1960. It gives you the Ann S Obama from the Polk directory in 1961, and of course the Stanley Ann who attended high school at Mercer Island... Furthermore it might also throw some light on the Miss Dun (or Dan)...whose name was truncated on the 'adoption memo' which was dated April 1961. We might just be looking at the mother and child he wrote home about and her name was Ann S with a surname that commenced with D...
Maybe if we stare at it long enough, someone will have an epiphany.
