As she was listed as a student, and the kenyan 'apparently' met her in a Russian Class, Ann S Obama must have been in Hawaii early enought to enroll at the U of HI for Fall 1960 and get herself listed in the Polk for 1961. So it would seem she was a student living at, or using that address in late 1960.
An investigation of the enrollment application should show that Ann S Obama was a student, and her birthdate, maiden name and the name of her parents. I think we know her name was ANN. After that, we know nothing for certain.
Then to see if the ones going to the same school as 0 SR , then transferred to a university in Washington state.
You have already been presented with a record from the U of WA. It's probably not genuine. It's a scan of an e-mail, without verification.

For the last names NOT dunham or obama; there is a chance that the Philippines lady didn’t change her name and thus we find her last name and see if she can be traced.
