Many thanks for the info!

Possibly Lolo got the kid the “overseas study exemption” for the kids own passport.

Or a family member, whose passport he was on, went with him to Hawaii , then went back to Indonesia sometime later.

How easy is it for people to do adoptions in Indonesia? ( that way they can be put onto the mom’s passport.)

And would they have had to go on the mom’s passport; what if the dad wanted to take them to Hawaii ?
