Ann Dunhams US State Department passport file as released per FOIA contains paperwork saying her son Barack is now an Indonesian citizen in no need of an American passport.

And all you are doing is showing his name was removed from her passport. Wouldn't all that apply if the child had been adopted by an Indonesian citizen, and now he wanted to return to Hawaii on his own, with his own passport?
If the adoption was later annulled as has been alluded to, he's still what he was before the adoption took place, correct? So all that Indonesian interlude was, is an interlude which didn't affect his previous status.
All that is a far cry from your statement Ann Dunhams US State Department passport file as released per FOIA contains paperwork saying her son Barack is now an Indonesian citizen in no need of an American passport.
Martians notwithdstanding.
The interpretation posted is that Ann “struck out” the name because the person whose name is “struck out” “naturalized as a citizen in a foreign state,” as per the fine print.
. . . He would then be Indonesian, as his school records did indeed indicate.
and now he wanted to return to Hawaii on his own, with his own passport?
His Indonesian passport...
as has been alluded to
Alluded to, maybe; but never proven. A lot of bullshit has been "alluded to."
