What you write there makes a lot of sense, it’s an avenue that certainly would have been available to be exploited. It does need to be considered. It does leave the question though, why was his (zero’s) application for a birth certificate lodged on the 8th of August, which is the same date that the Virginia Sunahara death announcement appeared, and his number (41) is four out of sequence with the Nordyke twins’ 37 & 38.
The obvious way for that to happen was for the Wahiawa Hospital births to be registered and numbered in a batch after the Kapiolani Hospital births were entered.
Verna K Lee made it clear that the entries were made in batches at the end of the month. I always thought that was odd. But so be it.
It looks like Virginia’s number was a Wahiawa birth, and the number 41 would have been hers. What happened to HER birth certificate? Why does she have a number 429 digits past her birth date? Why won’t or can’t the HDOH give her brother a copy of her Long Form BC?

Maybe theres more than one birth doc/reference to birth...
1) whatever abercrombie saw “written down” (adoption/kalaupapa?)
and
2) since nobody knew about 1), ‘they’ (as in ayers & co) stole a dead baby’s birth cert #, juggled around 3 others in the process, and came up with the travesty that was later posted on the white house web site.
Probably was done back when that method of “I.d. theft” was popular... late seventies/early eighties(?)
That’s why we see the august 8th being done.
