Dark times are upon us my FRiend.

It is always darkest before the dawn.

The slumbering giant is awakened. I seldom speak with anyone who is not aware, who does not know that much is wrong, even if they have their pet ox in the scrum.

What has not happened is that the waking giant does not know how big it is.

The poll numbers are cooked, demographics distorted, we are only handed the stats the people exerting power want us to have--those which paint a very different picture from the reality we are all steeped in. We know the lies have extended past the oft excused "campaign promise" to a daily and perfuse occurrence.

What the government/media partnership does not want us to know is that huge proportions of the population are disgusted, that if you refer to "The Kenyan", people know exactly who you mean, that far more are out of work and suffering than the government would have us believe, that their policies have engendered a level of destruction so severe that what should be the American Economic Renaissance has been reduced to oil and gas and a few other industries keeping America afloat. We know there are no 10% demanding policies which sicken most Americans, we know few people would object to open prayer, even if they chose not to participate (as long as it didn't block traffic).

Despite knowing this, we don't know how many Americans feel the same. We are corralled into our little shells for fear of being sued by someone who decided we made them "uncomfortable" and fear to speak out because we might find ourselves on the sharp end of a lawsuit, be publicly humiliated by agents of the press, or lose our job (or have to attend 'sensitivity training').

So people keep their own counsel, and as a result, know not what power they wield in sheer numbers alone.

We even blame each other for election losses likely due to fraud.

We can all see the emperor is naked, but no one speaks out against the fashion, not even those who are elected to safeguard our Rights.

We have been Bolsheviked, in that a minority with the means to control public perceptions has presented itself as overwhelmingly normal when it is far removed from either normalcy or the desires of the mainstream.

How to overcome this?

Humor is the most effective means, and you can make a point in a joke you might not get away with otherwise.

I do things like tell the customer service rep, "You guys could save a mint. You don't need to record this transaction, the NSA already is."

Small, perhaps, but the point is made, and I'm not the only one (reps have commented that others have told them the same thing).

Whenever I find glaring inaccuracies in articles or statements made by "experts", I comment on them, correct them, and note it is hard to make informed decisions when the information is wrong. (Lately, hydraulic fracturing has been one where I have had a field day trying to correct the technical inaccuracies which permeate the press accounts of not only the process but the allegations of environmental ruin, but accounts of the Macundo Blowout in the Gulf of Mexico kept me busy for weeks trying to straighten out misconceptions.).

We all have something to offer. It may be as simple as knowing the format a national guard memo should have been typed in, or as major as having found the original long form birth certificate in the pages of a tome in a used book store, but we can all hold the press to account, call them on their lies/misconceptions, and try to get the record straight.

Any edifice which crumbles generally does so not from a single major break, but the union of myriad smaller fractures, and the Obama edifice, false front that it is, is crumbling.

Attacks on the TEA Party have become more virulent in this beginning election cycle--a sure sign that those in power (in both parties) fear the groundswell of true grassroots politics.

Why would they be fearful enough to let loose the hounds of the IRS? Why would they Fed Gov go to the extreme of calling blue-haired old ladies who are concerned about fiscal and other policy "terrorists"?

Because the minions of the forces of darkness not only know they are wrong, they have an inkling of how many Americans disagree with the current policies, of the multitude of people who hold them in disdain or contempt, and they fear for their jobs at the very least. They are the ones who deleted the comments of mainstream America, leaving only the most lame to be rebutted. They are the ones who try to tell us that of 100 people in a room, 10 or more engage in perversions they would teach our children in mandatory classes in mandatory public schools. They embraced the sickness, they sold the sickness between commercials for soap and happy pills, and they are trying to tell us we are inconsequential when they know better (even better than we, ourselves, do)--and they are afraid.

Perhaps they should be, if not of the loss of status and employment and reflected ersatz glory from their self created celebrities, then of the judgement of Almighty God himself--whom they regularly defy to spew their evil.

But even more so, they fear the righteous anger of tens of millions of Americans, which if ever invoked, would make the Terror following the French Revolution look like a Boy Scout Award Ceremony. They know that if America gets a real taste of how they have been screwed, rope will be in short supply, and the world too small to hide them.

That is a good post. It reminded me of something I saw on Breitbart:

“On Sunday’s CNN’s “State of the Union,” host Candy Crowley grilled White House Adviser Dan Pfeiffer on how President Barack Obama can ]accomplish anything on his agenda with his struggling approval numbers...”

http://www.breitbart.com/Breitbart-TV/2014/01/26/CNN-Crowley-Slams-Pfeiffer-With-Such-Low-Approval-Numbers-How-Can-Obama-Move-Forward-On-Anything

For someone as far left and in the satchel as Crowley to frame such a question confirms one of your main points. Obama is far more unpopular than the for-public-consumption polls indicate. The MSM knows it. And his #s are going nowhere but down from here, as the worst of Obamacare is yet to come.

Your post is dead on. An interesting 3 yrs lie ahead.

Excellent, good man. This needs to be emailed, posted on forums, etc.

I agree about the humor, aspect. Love the NSA jokes...everyone gets those ;-)

I try to work in a "just wait til 0Care's fully implemented...you'll be lucky to get an aspirin" or, "too bad we can't all spend like DC politicians", etc., etc. I never seem to hit a nerve, regardless of the general company.

STANDING OVATION!

I agree 100% and have been for a long time. In fact twice today I said that the sleeping giant is awakening.
