I fail to see what difference it makes where he went to kindergarten or whether he was in Indonesia when he was two years old. The Article Two, Section One requirements are place of birth, date of birth and 14 years residence in the US. This isn't directed at the Article II Sec. 1 issue.
This is a small part of a direct effort to consider the proposition that he is who he says he is in Dreams--he isn't.
