As to what changed? No idea. You say they look the same to you. That’s nice. For all I know the only change was in the privacy act statement on the back.

So what is the revision number on Obama’s? Where is the clear image of it? All I’ve seen are the crappy images the same as Henderson’s. So where is the pristine copy you are referring to?

There is this,

And she says, "On the SSS Form 1, in the lower left hand corner is the form number (SSS Form 1) and the month and year version of the form, labeled as “B“. On this particular Form 1, it clearly shows the month as “FEB” (February), and the year is either “80" or “90".:

She says this shows that the Feb, 1980 revision was withdrawn so the number must be Feb. 1990.

But she should have also linked to this,

It shows that in April of 1980 the February revision was in fact reinstated. We know that because in the right hand column where it says "Previous ICR reference No: 198002-3240-001". You can click the reference number (198002-3240-001) and it takes you to the February withdrawal form.

It shows only two changes in 1980. The one in February that was withdrawn and the one in April that reinstated it. There is one change in 1990 and that was in April not February and there were no changes in 1995.
