Kind of like how the 'conservative' justices on the Supreme Court held Obama in check? Like they did in Congress when Obama gave amnesty by Executive Fiat? Like they did when Obama cut medicaid in Obamacare? How? They haven't so far. They haven't prevented him from spending one dime less, changing one less law, or executing one less Executive Order. EO’s ARE LAWS, Regulations of the IRS & EPA Hold the power of LAW. They can only be undone by a vote of the House and Senate AND a signature of the POTUS, or by another president.
