At CPAC this year Romney said the following:

1. "I was a severely conservative Governor of Massachusetts"
2. "I have always been Pro-Life"

I have already proved on this very thread how blatant a lie both of those statements were.

He has also lied about having to implement Gay Marriage(which he did Unconstitutionally) as if he had no choice. This is proven to be a bald faced lie just by reading the Massachusetts Constitution which states in clear, concise, unequivocal language that all matters concerning marriage are to originate in the Legislature. This was pointed out to Romney by 44 conservatives and jurists and Romney went ahead anyway and implemented what can only be considered, given the facts, as unconstitutional and illegal. He REFUSED to do his constitutional duty, because he as always supported and done his best to implement the Gay Agenda, and lied about his position all along as believing that Marriage should be only between a man and a woman.

He also lied about their being $50 abortions in his healthcare plan, he was confront on that lie and had to back down.

Romney LIED about Newt Gingrich and his so-called ethics investigation against him in the run-up to the Florida Primary.

All of this has been covered ad-nauseum here on FreeRepublic over and over and over again, and yet you still are questioning the vericaty of the statement that Romney is a liar?

Romney and Obama should have a lying contest. Romney would definitely win as the biggest liar in the republican party.

He said:

1. I saw my father marching with Martin Luther King.

It never happened. He did not even have to say that. He lied for no reason.

2. I was a severe conservative.

He’s never been a conservative. Ever.

3. Ronald Reagan was pro-choice.

That is one of the biggest, most vile lies the man has told because Reagan was no longer alive to defend his memory against that lie. Romney did it so people would excuse his own belief that women have the right to murder their babies and that govt. should protect that so called “right.”

4. Gay marriage is Massachusetts was the fault of the Massachusetts Supreme Court.

Out and out lie. The Court did not have that kind of power and they stated so in their decision. They turned it over to the Massachusetts legislature that refused to act. So Mitt took it upon himself to order the clerks and the justices of the peace to allow gays to marry or he would fire them. The gays biggest supporters, the Court and the legislature did not have the nerve to do anything this vile. Romney did but figured he could get away with blaming the court. He continues to do so to this day.

I’m sure there are many more lies such as Romney lying about and using support from a certain pro-life organization that honored him for his monetary contribution, saying they supported his position on abortion, which was a huge lie.

As the situation with the lie about his father marching with King, Romney lies when the truth would serve him better. Romney is an inveterate, pathological liar. He can’t help himself.
