they are. I have seen dozens leave in just the past few days

Well, I asked him if he could document that. Your seconding doesn't exactly document it. Were there "opuses", or declarations of, "I'm leaving and won't be back"?

I've seriously thought of staying away until after the election myself but not for any reasons given by Mitt supporters or detractors.

Members here are very politically aware and I honestly don't believe a single one will change his mind because of any arguments put forward by pro or con Romney. Every political thread has pro and con Romney comments. My mind has been made up before Romney was even thought about as a candidate and probably pre dates his father's aborted run for the presidency. I cannot and will not vote for anyone who swallows Mormonism, add to that that Romney's a flaming liberal and it becomes doubly impossible to do so. There are many of us who are dedicated to exposing Mormonism for what it is and praying for those who are wrapped up in this false religion and have been doing so long before Romney came to the forefront. Are we to stop our efforts to educate, pray for and try to expose Mormons to the truth, now that Romney is the candidate?

If Jesus were here, and He was trying to win over and educate the Mormons, I better see Him as He spoke to the adulterous woman, who, after being dragged through the town by the pharisees, hoping and expecting that Christ would probably stone her Himself, instead stooped to the ground and wrote in the dirt. He ended up saying, "let he who is without sin cast the first stone." All the pharisees walked away, and Christ looked at the woman and said, 'where are your accusers." And she said, 'they are gone.' And He responded with "neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more."

That is how people are won over, with love, not hammers, not law.
