The Reverend Manning seems to think he was in Seattle, setting up a temple for NOI. Manning thinks he was there for at least a year. Do you happen to have a link to that video?
Manning talks about the Hotel Theresa, and who was there, and that was also in 1960. In September, iirc. Wait a minute...June or July 1960 MX was in Seattle, that was the date shown on the FBI files, before they were re-arranged and all the dates were covered in black.

Now please answer your question for us. Where could he have been? and don't just look for the one single exact day that you believe was the day, because you don't know when that was. Since you have no record of his birth, you only know that it was likely during an approximate three year period.

Remember he was a racist and didn't believe in any sort of integration, so keep in mind during your research, that if he indeed was the father, then Stanley Ann was very unlikely his mother.
