The form with the two different handwritings is the one dated April, 1964. Some of that form was filled in by the kenyan, the remainder by someone else, but who and why? The 'divorce' was fanalized March 20, 1964. I don't plan to add any more to this, there are enough unanswered questions as it is.

If another hand can add information to an INS form, then it's equally possible there is an addition to that memo:
