The one pregnant woman who is NOT a celebrity unable to escape the media (the first one) appears to be fleeing the camera!
I am not sure why you included as the last picture the 1964 picture at Oxford, England of Valerie Sarruf behind Malcolm X as she doesn’t look pregnant to me and I have seen no evidence that she was pregnant at the time (if ever)...or that she was ever impregnated by Malcolm X circa 1960, as claimed by the Mal-Val Narrative Cult to support the two of them being parents of POTUS Barry.
Note that to this day the word “confinement” is synonymous as a perhaps more polite word for pregnancy:

I have many pictures from 1900 to 1920 of relatives who have large baby bumps. They don’t seem shy of anything.
