Investigators concluded that this representation of “80” that appears on Mr. Obama's selective service card is in fact an altered 2008 pica date stamp.
164. Investigators have advised Sheriff Arpaio that several possible crimes may have been committed:170. We discovered that data records for the entire week of August 2, 1961 through August 7, 1961, were completely missing from the microfilm roll. This included the alleged date of Mr. Obama’s birth (August 4, 1961).
