How come the standard beeber doesn’t come with a “language analyzer” setting? I got gypped.

Standard beebers came out before the language analyzer. I think you can download an upgrade, but you have to root your beeber first.

Just kidding, Sabre. It's "The Other Site" where the FR haters go to scheme and plot how they're going to utterly destroy Free Republic for zotting them.
The only thing they've succeeded in doing is to make life heck for n00bs here. They sign up here to cause trouble, disrupt our reasonable conservative conversations, and try to get some of us zotted by Himself. So n00bs are sent through the gauntlet before they're accepted.
Well, that's always been the rulez, I guess. I remember being raked over the coals eleven years ago, but (I think) my ignorance saved me more than once, LOL!
Anyway, we really have to get some troll detectors and spray, for they're causing all sorts of trouble here.
I don’t remember receiving any noob treatment myself. But I started out really low key and didn’t post much for the first year or so. I started out as a lurker and then when I did sign up I think it took me a long time to get into posting comments.
A zotted FReeper is someone who has lost his posting privileges.
It is as simple as that. Don’t listen to the trouble-making political spin for the reasons for a zot.
For the most part, zots are administered for all the right reasons, but people are human and occasionally make mistakes. All in all, the mods and the owner do a fine job of managing zots.
Jim Thompson is the one with the language analyzer.
Yeah, I lurked too. For about five minutes, LOL! I loved this site from the first moment I stepped in here.
Some of what are now my old friends really looked out for me when we first met, and they helped a lot with my FReducation.
I did survive, obviously. But I’m not particularly a low-key kinda OldHag (as they call me on TOS, LOLOLOL!)
And we are full circle. [smiles]
Maybe after the 3rd or 4th ZOT you should have gotten a clue that you are out of sync with this blog. Maybe instead of a software system you just need an attitude adjustment.
If you will observe the quotation marks in the article, you will see that the OP was quoting someone else who got zotted multiple times.
