The issue is not who is right or wrong.
Really?
The issue is that he assaulted someone.
Must not have been a very serious assault, he wasn't even charged until this past Thursday, and they were misdemeanor charges. Hardly the stuff of felonies, no matter how badly you wish it to be so.
If you get into an argument in a bar- even if you are right-and you throw the first blow - you are at fault. You will get arrested.
This isn't a bar fight we're talking about. What you seem to be having problems with is that it may well be that the nurses were the aggressors and their attempting to yank that child out of the father's arms may end up constituting "throwing the first blow".
I think it is sick if people think assaulting women is a correct thing to do.
If people are defending themselves and their newborn child from a couple of thugs in nurse's uniforms, it is MORE than correct.
I wonder if you beat up the women in your lives for sport.
There you go, making it personal and accusing Ernie of beating up women, all because he doesn't automatically jump on your lynch mob bandwagon. You should be ashamed of yourself.
Sick,sick,sick.
You are indeed.

Look at the video, that was not a gentle kick.
You advocate beating up on women.
Do you kick or punch out the women in your life because you disagree with them?

One more thing, if they did not want nurses to take care of their baby, they should have delivered at home.
