So now you're not going to contest the issue and yet you're not going to apologize for leading others astray either.

I haven’t seen anything in the USC that says a natural born citizen is anything other that someone born within the U.S.A.
Well you sure as hell aren't going to find it in Title 8 because nothing in Title 8 covers natural born citizens! It covers aliens who wish to become naturalized citizens!
And, once again, 1401 says nothing whatsoever about natural born citizenship.

If there’s some other place in the USC that says something different about citizenship, please let us know where that is.
Well, since Congress can only pass legislation covering naturalization then there isn't anything in the USC that covers natural born citizenship.
You should know what Congress can and can't do before making such an asinine statement.

No, you’re just wrong. part 1401 does refer specifically to persons born in the U.S.
