Let's see if I have my history right - and feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. I seem to recall that at least one of the patriots at Concord Bridge was a black man with a gun.

Yep, one Prince Estabrook. He was a slave. His master, Benjamin Estabrook, granted him emancipation following his service to the Continental Army.

Go to an Appleseed Shoot, and you'll hear about him.
