Ok, saw the document, not following the logic. Can someone explain to me how this confirms Obama was not a citizen in ‘68?

Look at the bold print at the bottom of the paragraph on the 1st document. The document that contains the header/title "Proposed Travel Plans" signed by Stanley.

Here is that last paragraph that is in bold print:

(If any of the above mentioned acts or conditions have been performed by or apply to the applicant, or to any other person included in the passport or documentation, the portion of which applies should be STRUCK OUT, and a supplementary explanatory statement under oath (or affirmation) by the person to whom the portion is applicable should be attached and made a part of this application).

Now bear in mind there are still missing pages to these files. But what the above paragraph is basically stating is "If a person included or to be included in the passport or documentation has, since acquiring U.S. citizenship, been naturalized as a citizen of a foreign state; taken an oath or made an affirmation or other formal declaration of allegiance to a foreign state.....the PORTION OF WHICH APPLIES SHOULD BE STRUCK OUT.

Now on page 2 of that application you'll notice listed Barack Obama, etc. etc. BUT HIS NAME HAS BEEN STRUCK OUT per the above forementioned paragraph.

No matter how you slice it these documents attest that Obama was not considered a U.S. Citizen in 1968, because his name was marked out on the application papers! Smoking gun here not that anyone will actually DO anything about it!

Ahhhh, now that makes more sense. I was not aware that other docs were missing. Thanks for taking the time to explain.

The "portion which applies" is from the list of potentially expatriating acts. None of them are struck out. Striking out little Barack's name only means that he's not being included in this application.

Sorry, no dice. The paragraph does not instruct the applicant to strike out the person's name, but rather the portions of the paragraph that do not apply to that person.

The fact that she struck out Barry's name simply means she she initially wanted to include him on her passport, and then changed her mind.

Now why would she not want him on her passport? Most likely she decided it would be a good idea to get him his own, in which case it wouldn't be necessary to have him on hers.

It's called Occum's razor, granny. You should try using it some time.

There was no good reason for Dunham or the Passport office to cross out Obama Jr. name from her passport application unless she did not have the proof to back up the claim that Soebarkah Obama Jr. was a US Citizen...like no legitimate US birth certificate.

Remember Obama was flying around in the Far East and living in Indonesia at the time so what passport was he using if not a US passport? A Kenyan or an Indonesian passport or he had both?

I imagine this is like getting married and then finding every man in the neighborhood has been in bed with your wife.

It takes a while to sink in that you screwed up.

So we need to give people time to reckon with the truth.

My take is that "if" we were ever to find a smoking gun and this may be it, it would be something the feds who I believe have been redacting, tearing up files, looting every doc they felt like burning or had to for several years missed.

Is this it? I don't know.

Unfortunately it will take a Constitutional lawyer with the credentials/skill of a Mark Levin to get the ball rolling. And, I guarantee that won't happen before Nov. 2 for obvious reasons.
