Why do you bring up 1401e again? I've already posted that 1401g applies. 1401e pertains to NATIONALS. Hussein's muzzie father was an alien, and yes, the constitution as it written at the time of birth applies, ask a lawyer.

Greetings Hell to pay:

My bad on paragraph 1401e. Please don't get frustrated, or take any devil's advocate arguments personal. I'm very skeptical.

From the onset, it seems this entire birth certificate issue may have been an intentionally manufactured distraction; courtesy of Barry's teleprompter writers.

Unlike Barry's Selective Service registration; reasonable supporting evidence, a newspaper announcement, indicates Ann's water bag broke in Hawaii. Yet hearsay evidence of birth in Kenya always remains in foundation because carefully wordsmithed "official statements" always keep the possibility of an overseas birth open. Intentional? Perhaps.

Reasonable evidence also indicates a much greater likelihood that Frank Davis was the male DNA donor to Anne for 'lil Barry; rather than Barry's namesake. (Like that's never happened to a "rich guy" before.) Which becomes a compelling, "not-so-devious" argument for withholding the original birth certificate. Possible? Perhaps.

Frankly, the failure to release college transcripts and this blatant unwillingness to account for Barry's whereabouts during college years; to me, is far more disturbing than any birth certificate technicality. As long as the birth certificate issue remains on the front burner, transcripts and his whereabouts are ignored. Chances are Barry distorted the truth to gain more favorable tuition rates.

I've yet to meet a lawyer who reads better than the average FReeper. If we need to "ask a lawyer," then we've lost the art of communication. Which leads me to our nation of laws. Of course the US Constitution applies, but the USC defines citizenship.

(f) a person of unknown parentage found in the United States while under the age of five years, until shown, prior to his attaining the age of twenty-one years, not to have been born in the United States;

Evidence indicates Anne lived with Barry in Washington State before heading to Indonesia.

Cheers,
OLA
