Citizen, yes. Natural born citizen, no. The court did not say Wong was an NBC. They made the differentiation between citizen and Natural born citizen and then declined to define Natural born Citizen stating it was not necessary in his case. Therefore, Wong was a citizen, but not a NBC.
And again, under the parameters of the decision that made Wong a citizen, Obama II would not be. Ouch!
