I agree - mere ignorance can be excused, but not bad attitudes, including rudeness and arrogance.

If someone is ignorant but doesn’t have the above attitudes, they’ll educate themselves.

Younger people aren't taught to research. They ask questions. I get online and search. I ask if I can't find what I'm looking for.

I have a 24 yr old daughter. She had a teacher that kept telling a particular student, "I'm not a computer and don't respond to "prompts. Look it up." LOL
