Can’t tell you anything about a furlough on Feb 5th. What I can tell you is that my visit to Punchbowl was a Tuesday. I drafted the eMail, and left it in my draft folder while I was waiting for XXXXXXXX to get back to me on whether or not he could find older documentation. When I heard nothing back by the end of the week, I finally just hit send. It never crossed my mind to go back and rewrite it.
