The only place you showed a different name (nicknames are the same name in case you intend to start quibbling about “Barry” vs. “Barack”) was the Indonesian school registration document. And since he was a small child at the time, whoever was responsible for the entry and whatever their reason... it certainly was not him.

So in regards to your question and based upon the evidence youve provided, it does not appear that Obama has ever lied about his name.
