I suspect that there is a similar discrepancy with Obama’s other numbers, SSN and SSSN. Others have reported on Obama’s SSNs. A year ago there was a report of Obama’s Selective Service Number (SSSN), on Deb Schussel’s and other sites including here.. The number seemed way out of any sequence by year, that is if treated as a sequence serialization, his SSSN is very recent.
I and others contacted the Selective Service about this, and they claimed that the SSSN’s are randomized, not serialized. But that doesn’t make any process management sense. I suspect they lied.
As one who deals with sequence numbers daily and how they are automatically spit out by the computer, I suspect you have arrived at the logical & correct conclusion.
