way back when I actually did some digging on the Bomford BC and I contacted a Mr Bomford (from Australia I think) who is in the US in a high powered job.
I had uncovered his Wiki page in which it was clear he hated Bush , was a bit of a prankster and had said wanted to be a ‘forger”
At any rate I contacted the man and he said he was aware of the controversy but had nothing to do with it.
Ii continue to think he is a likely canddate
