I think creating a fake birth certificate was wrong and reckless.

Be that as it may, my experience with hoaxers is that they have a cruel streak within them. They evade an overt act of doing something which society may punish them for. What they do is to use an innocent victim. Who was the innocent victim?

David Jeffrey Bomford. He did not ask for the publicity that this entailed. Sure he was able to laugh it off eventually, good for him.

I will have more to say about the perverse mentality of the hoaxer. The public often to bemused to see it for what it is.

Speaking of David Jeffrey Bomford......While there might really be a real David Jeffery Bomford in Australia I can tell you one thing for sure and that is that he (Bomford) never had his birth certificate on his family's genealogy website.

And the Australina news report that claimed to have interviewed Bomford and in which Bomford laughs it off is a FAKE.
