OK, I think the correct information is that Orly posted this document on her site before she filed it so you are correct about the actual date it was filed in the court.
Lucas Smith explains this way:
“Orly Taitz filed the CPGH 1961 Mombasa British Protectorate of Kenya Barack Obama certificate of birth on September 4th, 2009. This CPGH certificate of birth is the one that I procured in Kenya. I went public with story around the end of June 2009 (I think June 26th).
The other birth certificate that “KenyanBCPunkster” claims that he created is the one the Orly claims that she got from Israel. And when I say Israel I mean that she (Orly) told us people that were in her “inner circle” that she was given the document by MOSSAD (the Israeli equivalent of the CIA or the British MI5/MI6).

Do you have a link that shows when Orly filed yours - something that lets us know it was yours? I never saw anything about another one being filed prior to Smith’s.
